Food Certification
1. Application
Applicants submit to the Centre (Sub-Centre)Formal application, fill out the application form and payApplication fee. 2. Approved by the certification centerExpense budgetand make a preliminary inspection plan
The certification center estimates the inspection time according to the project situation provided by the applicant, and generally requires 2 inspections:Production processOnce, process once, and estimate the cost of certification and develop a preliminary inspection plan accordingly.
3. Sign the certification inspection contract
l The applicant signs a certification inspection contract with the certification center,In triplicate;
l Pay 50% of the estimated certification fee;
l Fill in the relevant questionnaire and prepare relevant materials;
l SpecifiedInternal Inspector(At least 1 person for production and processing);

4. Preliminary examination
l Sub-center conducts preliminary examination of the applicant's materials;
l Comprehensive review of applicants;
l Sub-center will feedback the preliminary examination opinions to the certification center;
The l sub-center will E-mail the electronic documents submitted by the applicant to the certification center.
5. On-the-spot inspection and assessment
l Certification center in the confirmation of the applicant to pay the fees required for certification;
l Send inspectors recognized by the certification center;
l The inspector obtains the relevant information of the applicant from the sub-center, and conducts on-site inspection and evaluation of the applicant's quality management system, production process control system, tracking system, origin, production, processing, storage, transportation, trade, etc. according to the Technical Guidelines for Organic Food Certification. If necessary, the soil and product shall be sampled and tested.
6. Preparation of inspection report
l After the inspector completes the inspection, prepare the inspection report according to the requirements of the certification center;
L the report will submit the document and electronic text to the certification center within 2 weeks after the inspection is completed;
l Sub-center will applyText informationTo the certification center.
7. Comprehensive review and evaluation opinions
The certification center shall conduct a comprehensive review and evaluation according to the questionnaire provided by the applicant, relevant materials and the inspection report of the inspector, prepare the certification evaluation form, and submit the evaluation opinions to the certification committee for consideration.
8. Resolution of the Certification Committee
The certification committee holds regular working meetings of the certification committee to conduct a comprehensive review of the applicant's basic information questionnaire, the inspection report of the inspector and the evaluation opinions of the certification center, and make a decision on whether to issue an organic certificate.
9. Issuance of certificates
In accordance with the decision of the Certification Committee, certificates are issued to eligible applicants. The applicant pays the remaining part of the certification fee, and the certification center issues a certificate to the certified applicant; the applicant who has obtained the conditional certification shall make a written commitment to improve according to the opinions put forward by the certification center.
10. Use of organic food labels
According to the requirements of the certificate and the regulations on the use of organic food (product) marks, sign the license contract for the use of organic food (product) marks, and go through the procedures for the use of organic/organic conversion marks.
11. Maintain certification
| The organic food certification certificate is valid for 1 year. In the new year, COFCC will issue a "Notice of Keeping Certification" to the certified enterprise.
| After receiving the "Notice of Maintaining Certification", the certified enterprise shall submit the certification materials as required, communicate with the contact person to determine the on-site inspection time and pay the relevant fees in a timely manner.
| Maintain the procedures for document review, on-site inspection, comprehensive review, and certification decisions for certification with initial certification.

Most of China's botanical pesticide companies are small and medium-sized enterprises with a weak foundation, but they are working hard, hoping to break into this industry.
